日本《無線電法》要求，對的無線電設備進行型號核準（即技術(shù)法規(guī)符合性認證）。telec認證是強制性的，認證機構(gòu)為mic在無線電設備范圍認可的注冊認證機構(gòu)telec（telecom engineering center）是日本無線電設備符合性認證的主要注冊認證機構(gòu)，telec在日本也叫mic認證，telec為mic發(fā)證機構(gòu)之一，故統(tǒng)稱telec認證。

(2) 質(zhì)量申明管理系統(tǒng)（declaration of quality management system）
